Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags intact and packed in the original packaging for the pickup agent.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange shipment will be processed within 5-7 business days.
